We operate as your recruitment partner, as if we are recruiting for our own business. Whilst we recognise there is a place for ‘Agency’ recruitment we do not operate as an agency. Our focus is on quality and genuinely finding you the best person for your role. We operate a fixed fee, retained Recruitment package that covers the search and selection of your new employees and if required we can support the Induction and Onboarding process.

You can register your details with us and we will retain them in accordance with GDPR
We will only contact you about roles that we are actively recruiting for
We will never forward your details for a role that you haven’t been qualified for
We will always provide you with constructive, objective feedback when you have been interviewed for a role.
